Inspection
We start off by giving free inspections and search for signs of Water Damage and Mold Growth.
We inspect the whole home, not just the area of concern, and provide a quote and scope of work on site.
Tear Out
After you approve our quote we remove all affected materials and dry out any water damaged areas.
If you already had tear out and rebuilding after a leak or mold growth, but still suffer from mold sickness or smell, you’ll move directly into the next step.
Dry Fogging
7.5-micron size droplets are pressurized into every sqmm of your home or office. They then go through a vapor exchange which creates an inescapable environment for mold. Our process does not require any costly and damaging demolition.*
*Demolition is not needed if you had previous removal and replacement, or if you have high spore counts but no visible colonization.
Other Fogging methods
Methods Like Ozone or Spraying an antimicrobial throughout a home, create a large wet particle that does not complete cover or entrap an area. There are many methods out that give “Fogging” a bad Rep, but they do not use our 2 Stage Patented Process.
